เราอยากให้ทุกคนใช้งานเว็บไซต์ Fonraya ได้ ไม่ว่าคุณจะเป็นใครหรือเข้าชมด้วยวิธีใด เราตั้งเป้าให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทาง WCAG 2.1 ระดับ AA และปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
We want everyone to be able to use Fonraya, whoever you are and however you browse. We aim to meet the spirit of the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines and to keep improving.

- ใช้โครงสร้างหัวข้อและ landmark ตามความหมาย เพื่อให้โปรแกรมอ่านหน้าจอทำงานได้ดี
- นำทางด้วยคีย์บอร์ดได้ทั้งหน้า พร้อมกรอบโฟกัสที่มองเห็นได้
- ระยะห่างบรรทัดสำหรับภาษาไทยตั้งไว้ที่ 1.9 เพื่อให้วรรณยุกต์และสระไม่ทับกัน
- เลย์เอาต์ปรับตามขนาดหน้าจอ อ่านได้ตั้งแต่มือถือจนถึงจอใหญ่ และย่อ/ขยายได้โดยไม่พัง
- ปุ่มและลิงก์มีขนาดพอสำหรับการแตะด้วยนิ้ว
- รูปภาพที่มีความหมายมีข้อความอธิบาย (alt) ทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ
- สลับภาษาไทย/อังกฤษได้ด้วย CSS ล้วน จึงใช้งานได้แม้ปิด JavaScript
- Semantic headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate the page.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines.
- Thai line-height set to 1.9 so tone marks and vowels don't collide.
- A responsive layout that reads well from phone to desktop and survives zooming.
- Buttons and links large enough to tap comfortably.
- Alternative text on meaningful images, in both Thai and English.
- A Thai/English switch built in pure CSS, so it works with JavaScript disabled.

ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ส่วนใหญ่บนหน้าแรกอยู่ในรูปภาพที่มีตัวอักษรฝังอยู่ ผู้ที่ใช้โปรแกรมอ่านหน้าจอจึงเข้าถึงเนื้อหาในภาพเหล่านั้นได้ไม่ครบถ้วน และการขยายตัวอักษรก็ไม่ช่วยให้ภาพชัดขึ้น เรากำลังทยอยย้ายเนื้อหาสำคัญออกมาเป็นข้อความจริง ระหว่างนี้ หากต้องการข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ในรูปแบบข้อความ ติดต่อเราทาง LINE หรือโทร 064-282-9965 เรายินดีอ่านให้ฟังหรือส่งเป็นข้อความ
Much of the product information on the homepage sits inside images with the text baked into them. Screen reader users cannot reach that content in full, and enlarging text does not make those images clearer. We are moving the important material out into real text over time. In the meantime, if you would like product information as text, contact us on LINE or call 064-282-9965 — we're happy to read it out or send it in writing.
